Biography

Mrs. Reynolds focuses her practice on probate and Juvenile (not certain all areas I will dive into so definitely can build this out) law.  She regularly appears before the probate court and other divisions of the Circuit Court of Cook County and surrounding counties.

Mrs. Reynolds is routinely appointed by the court to serve as guardian ad litem in minor and adult and decedents cases, where she represents the best interest of minors and disabled adults.  Her knowledge of Trust Administration and investment advise is a unique qualification for managing guardianship and decedents estate matters where trust and investments are involved.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Reynolds worked in the financial industry administering trust and compliance to investment advisory services.  She managed and led teams in trust and investment adviser services in the United State, and Canada.  Prior to the financial industry, Mrs. Reynolds was an attorney at the Cook County Public Guardian’s Office where she represented children, the elderly, disabled adults and the mentally ill in Juvenile and Probate Court litigating contested child welfare and guideship cases.

In addition to her litigation skills, Mrs. Reynolds is actively involved in lending her talents to the Cook County Legal Community.  She has been chairing Cook County Arbitration hearings since 2009, where she hears arbitration hearings on a quarterly bases to resolve subrogation matters. Additionally, while at BMO Harris Bank, Mrs. Reynolds developed Pro Bono opportunities at Chicago Volunteer Legal Services (CVLS) and the Elder Law Help Desk.  She is an active volunteer for CVLS.

Mrs. Reynolds received her JD from Drake Law School in 1999 and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Northern Illinois University.
